Yes, every training center in their respective portal have a enquiry form to add a enquiry when there is any candidate available for enquiry.

Apart from entering enquiry form, training center have option to follow up the enquiry maximum unto 3 times.

Yes, the training center have the provision to edit their respective enquiry details.

A training center can directly convert enquiry to admission as there is admit button in enquiry listing.

Once the candidate is admitted by clicking on Admit button from enquiry listing, enquiry status change from Lead to admitted.

The student will not be having the complete button in following scenario

  • Student course end date is not reached.
  • The category status of candidate is still pending( Contact keonics).

Center can change the candidate details or update the document to be uploaded for specific category and than resend the request to admin. Note: Update and than resend the request to admin.

The student will not have the edit button if the course is completed.

The reason for message You cannot update from higher course to lower! is that, the course you might be trying to update is lower than the current selected course which is currently not allowed.

Yes, after candidate admission the candidate details and course can be changed.

But after the completion of course the details cannot be changed

Yes, a candidate can be admitted for more than one course.

But for each course new admission need to be made and student will have unique registration id.

Yes, there is discount on fees for sc/st category.

The candidates total fees will be automatically discounted to 50% once the category status is approved and student is sent to exam portal.

The candidate fees will get automatically deducted from the available Training center royalty amount once Exam button is clicked.

If the royalty balance is low then Training Centre need to contact keonics Admin and credit the amount.

The student will not be having the exam button in following scenarios

  • If the exam status of a candidate is created.
  • The candidate duration to conduct the exam is expired. Contact keonics

When the exam button is clicked there will be a alert message Insufficiency royalty amount if a center current royalty amount is less that required for the candidate. Contact keonics

Once the exam button is clicked the exam fees(Decided by keonics) will get deducted from the royalty amount of respective center.

If a center do not have required royalty amount, than a center can clicked on exam button to schedule the exam for student.

Yes, once the student was absent for exam the royalty amount will be refunded and status will change from created to Absent in ERP.

For again scheduling the exam the training center need to Click on exam button. So that student can move to online exam portal.

Currently there is no restriction on number of attempt for online exam. The candidate can attend any number of times

But for each attempt the exam fee will get deducted from royalty amount.

After completion of course the exam button for student will be available for 30 days

If the exam button is not available and you want to conduct the exam for this the training center need to contact keonics.

Once the completion of exam with passed status the keonics will issue the certificate to candidate.

No, the certificate details cannot be updated once print is ready.

Navigate to Royalty statement option in centre login,there you can have your royalty statements passbook view, containing the debits and credits made

No, the transactions history/statement will be generated automatically each time a debit or credeit is made

No,Only Admins can credit the amount.

The ERP login portal have a enquiry from first you need to select the interested location, based on this you will be getting institute and after that need to select the interested course.

Even you will get the address of selected training center and the selected course fee. Once the enquiry is submitted the respective training center will have the enquiry details fro further proceedings.

For discount related queries the candidate need to contact to nearest keonics training center
